To determine inspections and audits to the activity of the National Health Service Contact Centre
To promote articulation and to incentive quality of response of healthcare services providers of the National Health Service
To assure articulation with public bodies and health services of the Ministry of Health responsible for direct interventions within the National Health Service Contact Centre
